Nicola & David originally married at Eaves Hall and felt the time was right to renew their vows for each other in front of their close friends and family.

It was a cold morning at eaves hall, just a couple of days before Christmas and in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. I met with Nicola in the Lodge the morning of her wedding where I took the opportunity to film clips of her getting her makeup done with two of her beautiful daughters.

Later in the morning, we made our way to the main building where the bride checked into the Kemple Suite for the rest of her bridal preparations.

I spent most of the time before the ceremony capturing important moments with the bride and her daughters, all three were her bridesmaids on the day, I also popped over to the groom’s room briefly to record him finishing getting ready.

Nicola and David opted to have their ceremony and wedding breakfast in the same room and while the staff at Eaves Hall turned the room around, the photographer and I took the opportunity for a short portrait session with the couple.

The wedding attendees spread throughout the whole of the ground floor of Eaves Hall, including the snooker room where I managed to capture some candid shots of the groom playing snooker with some of his wedding guests.

The evening ended with some high energy dancing from a large number of the wedding guests, I left the party after capturing around an hour of dancing and they were still going strong when I set off home for some much needed rest.
